SIAPKAN BAHAN : gula, telur, durian, terigu, mentega. CARA MEMBUAT : masukkan telur dan gula kedalam wadah yang telah di siapkan, haluskan / kocok hingga mengembang, setelah gula telur   mengembang, masukkan durian yang telah dipisah bijinya, kocok lagi hingga tercampur rata. Sisihkan . panaskan mentega hingga cair, lalu campurkan kedalam adonan durian yang telah di kocok tadi, kocok kembali hingga tercampur rata, baru kemudian masukkan terigu dan cukup di aduk pelan hingga benar benar rata tercampur.   panggang adonan dengan ukuran sesuai selera anda di atas teflon, hidangkan serabi bersama teh hangat. Mudah-mudahan bermanfaat bagi anda khususnya bagi anda pecinta kue-kue tradisional.
